We manufacture delicious freeze dried candy. We thought we had rented a building that was set up to be a commercial kitchen. The building is pretty close except, it turns out,it needs a new drop ceiling.

Business Plan
Our plan is to obtain the commercial kitchen permit. This will allow us to get our products into retail stores as a wholesaler. I have been a middle school science teacher for over 20+ years. I have always believed in teaching my students to be grateful for what you have, to pay it forward, and with hard work their goals could be accomplished. Why not then, can this not be true for us. At Candifreeze we have much larger goals than just becoming a commercial kitchen. We have a vision for our Candifreeze business that includes 'Candifreeze Cares'. A part of our business where we 'pay it forward'. We have already begun that by allying with an organization that sends gift packages to armed forces personnel serving overseas. That is just the beginning. We want our business to be of service for the greater good of our community and humanity.
-
Self Identified Competition
There are a few brands that have gotten into national stores. The 'Sow Good' brand is the one we see most often in retail stores. This was discussed in the 'why we should invest in you section'. However, to reiterate, we are looking at a much larger philanthropical vision than just selling freeze dried candy. The freeze dried candy is really an avenue to find ways to help our community, country, and world. We want to find creative ways to help 'pay it forward' to as many people and organizations as possible.
