Business Plan
My plan to grow my business in the next 5 years is to be consistent with how I handle my workflow and processes. The stages for every client are the same but look different for each one, ensuring customer satisfaction through the experience I give while taking them through a transaction. There are also market trends to be aware of as well as changing practices happening within my field of work which is why I am targeting mainly sellers in the future as there is an issue at hand with buyer agents possibly being obsolete in the near future. The people I surround myself with and the network I have built give a realistic vision of the future that has allowed me to stay ahead and exceed at playing it safe ahead of time and bearing fruits later down the line vs adjusting myself late to the trends. Investors should invest in me because of the insurmountable self belief I have in myself and my ability to grow and influence any space I go into. The ability to surprise myself is one of my best characteristics as well as the logical and objective view I have on the world around me, I am not blind or resistant to change and will go always for the best most logical move - even if it is a cold move.
