We would like to rent the suite adjacent to us. This would increase class size and capacity. We would also like to have more welders and booths. We are going to continue our outreach program by going to area high schools on career day and similar events to raise awareness. We are passionate about bridging the gap in our community in the welding trade. Our focus are under served Highschool students and reformed prisoners. We want to help those that struggle to get a start. We want to raise awareness in the community about the need for welders and that they pay well. We need more man power in the trades, the gap will continue to grow as the age of most tradesmen is over 50, that being said as they retire we are going to struggle to build communities and expand infrastructures if we don't address these problems.

College of Southern Nevada, they have a program however it is costly and takes two years to complete. Las Vegas Welding Institute, They have a welding program however only offer half the hours that we do. Weld Nevada, They are not giving ample training as I have had contractors reach out to me and complain of the students that are not hirable. We offer 10 weeks of training and 180 hours of Lab hands on training. This is nearly double our competitor's. In addition we are the only intuition in Nevada using American Welding Society Curriculum. American Welding Society is a World Wide known organization. They write the code books that engineers use to design structural steel and bridges.
