I honestly wouldn’t even know where to begin. This is generational healing and it’s such a unique experience in itself. Generational healing is different because it’s not a phase, fad or a temporary fix. This is something that is unique to each person and the experience is different every time. It’s designed for the individual. Not a one shoe fits all.
