Funding Usage
I plan to use the funds for inventory and building of party decorations. The bounce houses and air blower are the biggest expense. I only plan to get 4 bounce houses to start and then buy more as my business grows. I will need wood to create the wooden backdrop arches and the ball pit.

Business Plan
I have my Associate's Degree in Business and Marketing and I am currently in school to get my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, so I feel like as I get better at marketing, my business will grow. The big thing nowadays is social media, you have to have a presence on social media for your business to thrive. I think by me having a background in marketing plus my work ethic gives me an advantage that will take my business far. This is just the starting point for me; I have so many ideas that I want to bring to life, but I just need the financial help to start my dreams. Honestly, I am one of the hardest working people I know. It don't matter if I'm bartending, bussing tables, taking people's orders, cooking, going to class, doing a balloon garland for someone, I will give my 100% effort into everything I do. I am a bartender at a restaurant and my customers love me because I'm personable and I do my job. I have had so many people tell me I need to go into business, because I truly love to make people smile and feel welcomed. My parents raised four good kids, but we just didn't have anything given to us, we worked for it. I've been serving tables and bartending since I got out of high school so that I could afford my apartments and other bills. I haven't stopped working since and I am just so ready to live my dream and do what I love doing. Bartending is fun but the long and late hours are draining and I have a 1 year at home, while in school.

Self Identified Competition
Balloon Gal and Bounce in Style. They both offer a couple of services that I want to do but one offer balloon and party decorations and the other one offers bounce houses and party decorations. I will offer what each of these two companies combined offer plus more. I want to have a big inventory so that I can be booked for multiple events on the same day.
