I have established strong relationships with several industry Associations ( ex: Connecticut Assisted Living Association, aka CALA; Printing Industries of New England aka PINE; ManufactureCT; IGNITE Long Island (a manufacturing consortium), Precision Metalforming Association aka PMA (representing NASC directly); Connecticut Business industry Assoc aka CBIA ). I also have referral agreements/relationships with consultants who focus on Senior Housing and/or Manufacturing who earn a percentage of my earnings on successful outcomes with the clients they introduce to me. I'm a partner and source of income for them, and as we experience more successes, the more referrals will come to me Since I deal in measurably improving certain operational cost centers for businesses of all sizes, especially on services every business uses ( gas, electricity, and telecom ), the future looks bright. I have momentum going into 2024. My partners are strong and my overhead is low.

  • Self Identified Competition

    The main company that has a model similar to SCRP, though they deal with different cost centers, is a national company called Schooley Mitchell. We don't overlap as Schooley Mitchell focusses on things such as merchant processing, Fedex/UPS shipping, waste, and freight. I am now starting to create referral partner relationships with some Schooley Mitchell franchisees, as they're already speaking to clients seeking cost reduction methods, and that should bring many introductions in 2024. My focus on the Association that I have strong relationships with makes meeting prime prospects easier. I have dozens of compelling industry testimonials to share with prospects about our successful engagements. I have earned a reputation of integrity, honesty and being easy to work with.
