  • Business Plan

As I begin this journey as a family owned and operated business, I understand the importance of outreach and community notoriety. My family and I are blessed to be constantly involved in our community from local sports to school activities. with these involvements, we have been able to build relationships throughout multiple counties. I am also extremely skilled dealing with todays technology and social media, so advertising will be something that we use early and often across multiple platforms. As a company we will continue to be fully engaged in the community, whether it be sponsoring local youth sports teams, or building relationships with other surrounding businesses. The ultimate goal is continuous expansion and multiple locations. Investors should invest in my company because it is a company that is derived from not only financial goals, but also a love and passion for this industry. I have worked or been around the floral industry for approximately 10+ years. Because of this, I understand exactly what it takes to be a successful business. I match my knowledge of this industry with a motivation to provide my children with something worthwhile in years to come. I hope to not only provide them with a business, but also to instill in them a confidence to know that you can not successfully reach your goals without adamantly pursuing them. Why should investors invest in my company? Investors should invest in my company because they will not find another small business owner who is more knowledgeable, driven, and obsessed with being successful in this industry than I am. I do not think I will be successful. I know I will be.

  • Self Identified Competition

1.) Walmart is everyone's top competitor at this point. 2.) Napiers floral. 3.) Kroger. Due to building connections throughout the years, I have established relationships with other companies that will be providing me with supplies at a lower cost than my competitors get them. Because of this, I am fortunate enough to sell my products at a more cost friendly price, which results in more customers coming to my establishment and builds a repeat customer base. I am much more active on social media than my competitors on top of being much more active in the community. I also provide other services to the customer that my competitors do not. For example, If someone lives out of state, is disabled, or if it is just too emotionally overwhelming to the customer, we will happily deliver flower arrangements to the resting place of a loved one and provide proof to the customer that the action is complete.
