CountryView Transport LLC is seeking government grants to upgrade and expand its fleet of handicapped accessible vehicles. Due to recent inflation, the company faces financial challenges in acquiring these necessary upgrades.
With 16 years of experience in the transport sector, the owner demonstrates a strong commitment to serving the community and understands the transportation needs in southwestern Wisconsin. The business aims to provide additional services to meet the growing demand for transport, particularly for individuals with disabilities, at fair rates.
While there are competing services, such as the local ADRC and Monroe Cab service, the owner views them as collaborators rather than direct competitors. This cooperative approach highlights a shared goal of addressing community transport needs. The company has maintained long-term success by hiring dedicated staff, fostering relationships with various facilities, and prioritizing the customers' well-being during transportation.

Business Plan
I am hoping to add additional handicapped vehicles to our fleet. I know there is a need for additional transport services in southwestern Wisconsin and would like to help meet those needs as cost effectively as possible. I have been in this business for 16 years. Being in this area of work for that long proves my dedication to serving the public and the employees that I have. Also, with the length of time I have been in business I have learned what the needs are in this area. I have developed long time working relationships with many facilities and individuals. During this time, I have seen many transportation companies come and go. I feel the reason I have had long term success is finding competent staff that cares about the people they are transporting. I have also tried to keep our rates as fair as possible in order to help people at their time of need and not add more to their issues.

Self Identified Competition
In our primary service area, the main competitors are government funded organizations. The local county ADRC and Monroe Cab service. I would not call them competition as I feel that we work together and for the most part don't tread on each other's scope of service. I feel the competition is all here for the same reason and currently there is a need. ADRC works with volunteer drivers and is government funded and the local cab is funded by taxpayer dollars in the town and county.
