Right now, retail is the main goal to start generating income to help continue that as well as create an incredible event space venue! Investing in the future is often difficult because of the unknown. The fact that the future is predictable in this business is the main reason for being confident in this entire investment! Our town is supportive, generational, and growing. Along with that, we see so much traffic from tourists, the opportunity to thrive is undeniable!

Self Identified Competition
There aren’t many competitors at all in our town. There is a small boutique who sells wholesale clothing and there are a few local businesses that dabble in retail, but do not offer much selection. The event space in town is nonexistent now. Previously, we had one that was constantly offering opportunities and with the death of that owner, the town is now craving the entertainment space again! I am different from the other local boutique because I don’t buy my products online and resell them. I offer NEBRASKA made products to support other small business and keep our money local!
