  • Funding Usage

The material will be used for a larger project I was awarded back in January. I currently have enough funds to quit my current employment however I do not have enough funds to cover the material and quit at the same time. The project is an expansion of a campground adding 8 new cabins, a building for a kitchen with outdoor seating and dinning. Outdoor decorative lighting throughout the expansion. This grant can purchase almost all of the material to help me jumpstart my business and guarantee the sucess going forward

  • Business Plan

Within this year giving I can quit my current employer come april 1st. I will be reaching 55 to $65,000. Moving forward going into summer of 2025. I will be shooting to have 1 new employee come the end of year 2 employee's total. Come to the end of the fiscal year Dec. 31, 2029. I will have a crew of 6, Not including myself. 2 full crews of 3 to be targeting larger projects to help scale Innovation Electric to the top competitors in my area. To give a little insight on myself and a little about my past to help understand a little more about me. I was born into not much money in my family. My father worked hard, while I was at a very young age. He began running a successful sign company and scaled it fast. I lived comfortably, being able to go to a private school and have all of the new clothing brands. At least until my family started falling apart internally. My mother had an affair on my father, and he was forced to selling the business. Due to both of their poor choices. They wasted the money fighting and returned here back to South Dakota from Washington state in 05. They split up and we ended up in government housing not being able to hardly have new clothes. I've seen both sides of the spectrum. I've always been taught to fight hard for things you are passionate about, leading me to compete at young age winning football championships, and traveling in '12-'14 competing winning multiple esport tournaments. To 2015 losing a 100 pounds wanting a clean start and wanting a lifestyle change. Whatever I believe in and am passionate about I will always keep pushing to accomplish my goals and dreams. At the age of 27 going forward my goal and dream is to have the American dream to be able to build wealth and create an atmosphere of strength and peace with my future family, and I will not stop until I create the dream.

  • Self Identified Competition

My Top 3 Largest competitors in the area are Muth Technology Freemans Electric Swiftec Electric These companies however are companies that target large multi-million dollar projects and don't really target smaller projects or service calls. So, my top 3 companies are smaller companies roughly 5-15 targeting small, medium projects. But most of these companies still don't target service calls. Throughout my 10-year Carrer so far, I have had the opportunity to work in almost every industry when it comes to electrical. Ranging from residential to industrial. I started with Residential doing homes and apartments, moved into commercial being able to do my local Ford, Chevy, Nissan. Many hospital projects and being able to run multiple medium/larger size projects. After 7 years of doing projects I've decided I wanted to move into service and focus on expanding my knowledge you never learn from doing projects. I have also got certified in installing and maintaining multiple brands of generators where only 2 companies in western SD have. Opening my company up immediately to a market 95 percent of the companies in my area don't care to tap into.
