I feel this rental niche is in demand in our area as many private semi drivers have nowhere to park their rigs off street. Also, recreational trailers are required to be parked off street and many owners do not have the area to do so. There is a constant demand for parking for both of these large vehicle types. Having on-site, live-in monitoring encourages renters to choose our facility and close by, secure storage for tools, parts, etc. adds a level of convenience that owner/operators seek. The past 7 years have seen our facility full with no lag between patrons, and I have a waiting list for openings.
