Having owned and operated this business since 2015, we know what’s needed to maintain a great guest experience while offering excellent home options for people traveling to our popular vacation destination, the Black Hills. With some investment, we could potentially double our homes and have enough money to pay additional people to help manage these homes and additional marketing efforts. This would allow an increase in revenue for us while creating more rental options in our area.

In our area of the Black Hills, we have a few competitors that have popped up. Each one has been in this business significantly less time than our company and manage a few less homes than we do. They tend to be ran by people with little experience in our area and have moved from other locations. We have been in the vacation rental property management field for 9 years and know the area, how to treat guests, and can spot future issues before they happen.
