I am hoping to add one-five yoga studios in the next five years! Yoga is so important not just to physical health, but mental health as well. I have already opened one successful studio and know more will succeed as well. We offer class from sound healing and restorative, up to interval training yoga workouts. The sentence written on the studio wall is The Spirit Plays, we are inclusive and accessible, reminding people to have a little fun, not just in yoga, but taking it “off the mat” into their lives and community! It also looks like we have few employees- but we do have private contractors who teach at the studio!

An interval training yoga inspired workout, combining elements yoga, HIIT, Pilates and barre, all set to timers for a full body, fun workout. All created by Nadeya Ward, who has created a program to train staff on teaching the class- to make a product where people can expect a fun workout experience. We also offer restorative yoga, slow yoga, faster vinyasa classes, and more. It’s a one stop shop- from interval training workouts see to healing and restoring classes (mentally and physically)
