Funding Usage
I am planning to increase the volume of my Company service and get more affordable residential construction projects, that will require an upfront investment, in materials, mobilization, and advertising. We are also planning to provide farming services in the area of Baker City, OR, however, since it is a very competitive location, as a Hispanic person, it does create more difficulty to get contracts without having enough equipment, such as tractors, graders, and even a small service truck.

Business Plan
We want to cross the barrier that is in front of us, that makes a Hispanic woman-owned business, so difficult. The real problem is the lack of confidence that the clients and vendors feel by dealing with an unknown Company. I'm looking to increase the advertising solutions, by using more platforms, in that way we will be able to reach our prospective clients in a higher range. Also, by having an available fleet of equipment, clients will trust the capability of the Company to get a job done properly. We must continue the efforts to make an equal opportunity environment in the Country. I'm completely grateful for the opportunity given to me, to be in this country and have the amazing opportunity to be a business owner. However, the construction, farming, and consulting industry is very resilient to Hispanic woman-owned businesses. I consider I have the right determination to accomplish a good project, elevate the standards of services, and respect the standard specifications in the industry.

Self Identified Competition
Bill Harvey Custom Builder, Inc. Gyllenberg Construction Inc. Delong Custom Construction, LLC I have the humility to treat with respect all customers, even when their projects and ideas are outrageous. I have been honest with clients who can not afford a project, with courtesy. I had a previous horrible experience when trying to get a quote from another contractor, and there was no good customer service in place. I think I can create a better balance in the construction and farming industry, by people getting more used to seeing a woman building residents, even building roads. I know I have enough experience in the construction industry that I will not fail my clients and their expectations.
