Three competitors : Plow &Hearth based in Virginia.They donate millions of trees to local forestry commissions, and have been operating for over four decades. Gardener's Supply Company which is a employee owned company , founded in the 80"s . Donates 8% of pre-tax profits to organizations in the U.S. Aerogarden providesguides and kits for indoor gardening. My store focus more on urban hydroponics, and small space gardening which sets me apart from the more general gardening stores. My passion and commitment to sharing knowledge with customers creates a trusted resource. Also catering to urban dwellers with limited space addresses a specific need in the market.
