The availability of a cold pool and sauna mixed with a functional gym for therapy and gym goers of all levels, Temple answers the need for a health staple in the growing community. We will work with hospitals and surrounding businesses to offer assistance and develop wellbeing for all ages. My father owned a gym in the early years of my life. I have grown through the years with fitness and entrepreneurship at the fore front of my life. After graduating business school, I began a career in the medical field and have utilized countless gyms around the nation during my professional and personal travel. I know the industry and I know the market. With the passion and eye for an under serviced region, Temple will provide unmatched value through a well-rounded, key collection of wellness services and equipment at an unmatched price. I have seen a city benefit exponentially from the value a wellness center can provide. I've seen the leaps and bounds surrounding athletic programs and local residents benefit from a gym capable of creating a fitness centered culture.

Self Identified Competition
My top three competitors are the current and only gym in this area, large fitness francizes, and a small collection of gyms on the southern end of Kansas City. The current gym in the vicinity of Temple is a small gym located in a strip mall. With the limited equipment confined by minimal space, this gym has control of the market with a very steep price for provided value. Large fitness francizes are very common in the surrounding city but as fast as this area continues to develop and grow, the needed population for maintain such a large chain will not be available for years to come. The small collection of gyms on the southern side of Kansas City remains unchallenged and out classed by the larger gyms who primarily hold larger populated centers in the city. They are functional and sometimes large but lack the polish of a proper wellness center. Through Temple's calculated optimal size, value, and assembly of key wellness equipment/services, Temple will separate itself from any other gym. The incredibly popular and beneficial offerings of a cold pool and sauna will be unseen in a compact and affordable gym such as Temple. With a well thought out layout, accompanied by luxury equipment offerings we will be able to compete with the best gyms for a fraction of the cost. Temple is a gym like no other.
