Funding Usage
Funding is to purchase land to house equipment on. It will mainly be used to store the wood on that we have cut from properties and used for donating to our community members who are much in need of firewood or good mulch for farming and gardening. We get numerous calls daily of our neighbors who are in need of wood or mulch, but we cannot accommodate them due to not having a decent space to store it where they can come to pick it up when they need it. As a result, the wood gets thrown away. It is wasted. It is a shame that it could be fixed by such a small thing as a piece of land. Also donations of wood could go to milling to creat various items, again, with just a simple place to store it and a spot for our office to be able to organize this wonderful project for the great state of Montana.

Business Plan
With our involvement in the community, we have steadily grown over the past 7 years. We plan to join many more events, starting with a donation to the local Humane Shelter this year to help in a pet adoption day, and also our yearly Home and Garden show. We continue to reach out to teach fire prevention around our Montana homes and help our neighbors to receive grants to fund their fire mitigation projects as much as possible. We take pride in knowing that we can help others. With this grant, helping neighbors will be more extensive. Helping us helps Montana, helps families We strive to share as much as possible with those less fortunate. While our business makes money, we strive to share the wealth by giving back and donating mulch, donating firewood to keep families warm through the winter. We also donate hardwood to woodworkers who make guitars, one makes bowls, another makes cutting boards. We pride ourselves in knowing we can share with others.

Self Identified Competition
BUG OFF - these guys mostly spray trees and spray for insects... we do not get into spraying insecticides BITTERROOT TREE SERVICE We get along well with these guys and refer our customers to them when they need tree injections (for diseases), as we do not do these. They are more knowledgeable than Bug Off. The guy is older and does not do much tree trimming and removal any more. BLACK WIDOW These are the cheapest tree trimmers and removals in town and it shows. They claim to be Arborists, but quite frequently butcher trees and it kills the trees. This saddens us very much. . We are not just tree trimmers, we are Arborists who love and take care of trees and know proper trimming and pruning. We know that a bad job harms trees. We need trees and trees need us, but it is important to keep them healthy and safe, especially in a fire prone area. Homeowner's Insurance requires trees to be a certain distance from your home and roof. Fire mitigation standards are also important in Montana. Do not keep dead or dying trees close to your home. We care about your safety.
