Funding Usage
This funding will be used in the following way $2,500 would be used to purchase sports card singles inventory from the consignment company known as "COMC". With $2,500 we would be able to purchase around 800 cards to be used in future live streams as that is our main source of revenue. We would use $1,000 to purchase sealed sports card boxes and cases to support our TIKTOK live streams. $1,000 would be able to get us 2-3 cases of sports card boxes (40-60 boxes in total). We have been streaming on TIKTOK for a few weeks and we sell on average 15 boxes of cards per month. The remaining $1,500 would be used to purchase packing and shipping materials.

Business Plan
We currently live stream twice a week on whatnot and twice a week on tiktok. We have been reinvesting every penny back into the business to buy more inventory. We plan to increase the frequency of our streams to 3-4 times a week which will in hopes double our current revenue. We plan to attend at least 2 card shows a month which allows us to not only sell more of our inventory but allow us to buy at the same time. Having the ability to stream more often not only grows our revenue but it will help grow our following and customer base. Ideally, a brick and mortar store to house inventory allow customers to have an in-store experience, and have a central live streaming location. Brick and mortar stores also is a key requirement to get on the wholesaler list to get inventory at an even cheaper rate. There are also other types of streams we can attempt in the future as we get bigger that we cannot support in our current standing. We are a young business that is continuing to grow at a rapid pace. Card collecting is a beloved hobby all around the country and our goal is to provide cards at a great cost and provide an experience that will keep customers coming back. We have been very intentional with every dollar we have made and it has all gone back into the business to help us grow. Currently we just got to a point where we put a large enough card order in, we will be set on inventory for a month. We plan to continue to buy to build up our inventory so we can be far ahead of schedule. This also allows us to stream more frequently which will increase our total revenues. We have gained thousands of followers across all our platforms in only a five month span and we are super excited to continue to grow.

Self Identified Competition
Our biggest competitors are other streamers that sell sports cards. Our biggest competitor is a streamer known as Case Hit Kings. We have a friendship with its owners and we have been supporting each other for many months. We are different than our competitors because they focus all their time selling on whatnot and at card shows. They have been quite dominant in doing so. However, we try to reach people across all of our social media platforms and have business accounts on Instagram, eBay, TikTok and Facebook. We know there are so many different ways across social media to get our brand out there and to make new customers.
