SubSaharian Taste was conceived in June 2021 when l moved to the State of Washington and realized that there was not much Subsaharian cuisine especially Senegalese. The goal is to add diversity and promote the healthy tasty Senegalese cuisine. SubSaharian Taste will market its products and services through the following methods and sales channels: - fliers - Internet ads - social media - seasonal marketing Subsaharian Taste will market its products through social media, word of mouth. marketing and mailbox flyers. Business Model The business model of SubSaharian Taste will primarily be business to consumer (b2c), and as such will organize efforts to appeal to customers in this target market. Business to Consumer Market Our customer base is very diverse and family friendly. Our food line is very homemade oriented. This will allow us to attract customer of all ages and social status.

SubSaharian Taste will be the first food truck offering western African cuisine in the Lake Stevens. Our product will be unique and very competitive in term taste and health. SubSaharian Taste will sell freshly made curries and stew served with rice or ancient grain (fonio), Chicken Yassa and beignets for dessert. The products will be made with locally sourced ingredients. The food will be promoted as having large portion sizes at a cheap price, healthy and delicious. SubSaharian Taste will be the first food truck offering western African cuisine in the Lake Stevens. Our product will be unique and very competitive in term taste and health.
