  • Funding Usage

We need the funding to keep our food pod alive. We have been on the news many times for this and it is so sad to see no one cares for us to stay. We are all immigrant owned food carts on PSU offering a different kind of food for everyone that is there. We are a community and PSU is requiring new plumbing requirements under the food carts. It comes out to $42,000. We want to stay and this is how we feed our families and put our food on the table. This is also affecting the entire community. We are a family here and people come for us and our food daily. Please help us stay and we will be so grateful.

  • Business Plan

I want to expand my business and open up more food trucks for people to eat whenever they can and wherever they can find it. I want people to have halal food wherever they go. In the next 5 years, I want to stay making the best food for the students at PSU especially the ones who are international, who want a taste of back home. Please invest in us. Try our food. It is the best of the best and the community around is family. I mean it, family. Everyone gathers together every single day.

  • Self Identified Competition

We don’t worry about competition. We are the most authentic halal cart in town that serves Mediterranean food. All our spices come from back home and everything is made fresh daily.
