Business Plan
Our business is a little over a year old. Our plan is to purchase and rehab at least one or two properties a year. We want to increase property value in the Portland Shawnee and Russell neighborhoods. We plan on selling some properties in order to create funding for the next project, along with helping people of all backgrounds a chance for home ownership. You should invest in our business because we have a strong desire to improve all areas of this cities. We have already put our funds into this dream. We have one property that we have rehab but we just need funding in order to continue.

Self Identified Competition
All real estate investors are our competitors in this area especially the ones who are more established and more funded than us. Especially investors who are in the west end like Red Door properties. Our business is a little different than most because we want to rehab and renovate in all areas of town not just where the most profits might be. We try to look for places that will help the whole neighborhood improve and grow. One house at a time, one mobile home area at a time, one multi-property home at a time. We have a strong small team ready to go, we're just asking for an opportunity.
