All is Beauty Boutique, LLC | Application Preview
All is Beauty Boutique, LLC is seeking government grants to support its startup operations. The funding will primarily be used to acquire additional inventory and enhance its online presence. The owner believes that a grant is more suitable for the current stage of the business, with potential to consider loans in the future as the company expands.
The business plan outlines a five-year vision to increase product offerings and stabilize income by establishing a website with over 25 items, catering to clients nationwide. The owner emphasizes the importance of this venture, not just as a source of income, but as a legacy for their children, teaching them about entrepreneurship and financial management.
The application argues for funding approval by highlighting the owner's unique perspective as a woman and mother balancing multiple jobs to support her family. It acknowledges competition from major makeup brands like Elf, Sephora, and MAC, but distinguishes the boutique by focusing on affordable cosmetics and skincare options. The aim is to cater to customers who may not have access to high-end brands, with a specific focus on safe products for children and those with sensitive skin.

Funding Usage
This funding will be able to purchase more inventory to sell to our consumers and build up our website. Because we are a start-up I believe a grant would work better due to the size of our company. As we grow and if we seek further financial assistance, we will consider a loan.

Business Plan
In the next 5- years I hope to be able to provide more items that consumers can replenish and income is steadier. I see the website carrying 25+ items and servicing more clients' country wide. Investors should invest in me because I am a woman and a mother, also working 1.5 jobs to supply for children. With this business I am able to pass on to my children as they grow older and also teach them entreneurship and money management.

Self Identified Competition
My competitors are the big brand makeup companies like Elf, Sephora and MAC cosmetics. My business will be different because I plan to bring affordable cosmetics and skincare to those who cannot afford the big brand. I want to also provide products that are safe to use for the little ones who love makeup for a sleepover, or a mother/daughter fun day. I would also provide items that are safe for those with sensitive skin.
