Business Plan
In the next 5 years D.S.R. will grow by focusing on all demographics in the area. D.S.R. will assist those needing government assistance for housing all the up to those higher income individuals looking to upgrade their housing situation. Long and short term rentals will make up the bulk of our inventory to ensure future profits. We will focus keep rental cost low and fair so as to not price out the local community and add to the homeless population. D.S.R. is owned and operated by a veteran minority with over 18 years of service in the U.S. Army. This experience has given the owner a unique approach when problems and mishaps occur. We truly wish to improve the community by providing update affordable housing to everyone in need. this includes those small niche scenarios such as military personnel that need an irregular leasing agreement. We plan to become a staple in the community and be a first choice when it comes to housing.

Self Identified Competition
Our top competitors are the established brand name realtors and large, high revenue outside corporations that buy single and multi-family homes then raise the rent too high for the local demographic. D.S.R. is different from any other housing company because we value people over profit. Doing what's right for the community while not being a greedy faceless corporation is built into our business plan. Basic housing does not have to be so expensive that it creates or adds to the homeless crisis. Flexible leasing agreements and a basic understanding of the local community goes a long way when helping people.
