We have no know competitors since Neal-Fitzgerald LLC was developed as a contributor to remove blight in neighbors requiring an uplifting approach to improve housing. However, over the years outside investors have made large purchases of properties, drove up pricing out of reach for the housing market within the city of Memphis doing so sight unseen in most cases. We believe that knowing your community and being in it serves as an advantage while attempting to correct the issues for the community. Neal - Fitzgerald LLC is made up of like minded members within the community. Our property is connected to the others in our neighborhood and the compensations and good standing is a huge part of the quality of life that we expect for others. We are simply doing our part to beautify our neighborhood, supporting local expectations, encouraging others to contribute in this way where possible and to educate willing participates to this concept "Community".
