ADHD Maintenance | Application Preview
ADHD Maintenance is seeking government grants to support several key initiatives. The funding will be used for LLC filing, obtaining business insurance, acquiring better tools, enhancing the reliability of vehicles and trailers, and securing operating capital.
The business plan includes hiring and training two employees initially, followed by hiring four more to form two small crews. This strategy aims to handle multiple projects simultaneously while fostering growth and providing employment and skill training opportunities for residents of Louisiana.
The applicant emphasizes their extensive experience in construction, having worked in the field since age 10. Their motivation stems from a desire to teach skills to young individuals and veterans, focusing on helping those in need, particularly in preventing homelessness among veterans.
While acknowledging skilled handymen in the area, the applicant does not see them as competitors. Their competitive advantage lies in their dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction. They operate without external financial support, committing long hours to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. The emphasis is on building a solid reputation and exceeding client expectations, making a positive impact in the community.

Business Plan
I plan to hire 2 employees and train them so they will gain the knowledge needed to successfully complete projects and then hire 4 additional employees and create 2 small crews to assist in completing multiple projects at once while hopefully continuing to grow and offer more employment opportunities and skill training to Louisiana residents I'm 37 years old and have been in construction since I was 10 years old, I'm highly motivated, highly skilled in my crafts, and will not give up. I will succeed, I love Louisiana and have always had a desire to be able to teach young men and women skills I have acquired over a long career that they can carry throughout their lives no matter the career they choose. I also, as a veteran myself, want to be able to use my skills and business to help teach veterans skills and assist in keeping the ones in need from being homeless. My business isn't just about me making a living and providing for my family but to help others provide for theirs
-
Self Identified Competition
There are a lot of very talented handymen in my area but I don't consider any of them competitors. I allow my work and reputation to speak for itself, I don't have any financial backing or family to turn to to assist me, I'm up every morning at 4 a.m. and most days don't get to bed till after midnight because no matter what when I take on a project I make my deadline and go above and beyond with my repairs to guarantee the client won't have to stress or worry about having to have it repaired again for years to come if my client isn't satisfied im not satisfied and i will not stop until i know they are happy with the service they receive
