    Because we were able to pull in so much from solely 200, I believe putting 2,000 into the same method will easily 10x our earnings. I would use the funding to move my Google Daily budget higher thus getting our business in front of more eyes. We have quality products that everyone can find useful, it is just a matter of getting the word out. Because I am a very young businessowner and still in College, my ad money is very limited every week. Receiving funding could turn a year long process into a week long process.

  • Business Plan

    I will expand our product catalog. Ménage Appliances is currently focused on Kitchen Appliances, Kitchen Furniture, Kitchen Utensils, and Cookware. We plan to expand out and become an online marketplace filled with products for households, much like an Amazon or a Walmart.com. We are confident that our customer service can top that of big companies like Amazon, so we would focus on quick, helpful representatives. We already have the tools to maintain this top tier customer service, as we utilize an online store chatbox that sends both an email and an instant text message to our customer service agents, allowing us to respond in under 2 minutes. Additionally, I plan to bring in more employees to better outsource the work and give job opportunities to those all across the country. Because we are an online store, we would be able to offer remote jobs that pay well for those who really need them. Furthermore, I will begin partnering with other companies once we have the necessary resources. One aspect that makes Ménage Appliances stand out is our flower delivery. We deliver flowers to each and every customer we have, along with a letter to let them know we care and do appreciate their presence on our store. Think of this as a nice gesture that keeps our customers coming back and talking about us to their loved ones. Our first partnership would be with a company that does Same-Day nationwide flower delivery and personalized letters. Additionally we will partner with UGC content creators and other influencers/affiliates to help spread brand awareness among our target market. Investors should DEFINITELY invest in Ménage as we have spent countless time evaluating our goals, methods, and target audience. We are targeting homeowners, more specifically women, that are looking to upgrade not only their kitchens but their homes as well whether it be for aesthetics or for efficiency. We chose the name Ménage in order to stand out and we plan to eventually drop the "Appliances" part from the name. We have taken immense inspiration from Amazon, as we aim to be their biggest competitor in the coming years. We encourage investors to hop on the train BEFORE it is already full speed towards success. Additionally, Ménage's team understands how to communicate professionally with big brands such as LG Electronics, Samsung, Forno Appliances, just to name a few. This puts us far ahead of businessowners attempting to do the same thing, as there are many barriers to entry in this industry. With many sales and a few years under Ménage Appliances' belt, it is ideal for an investor looking to take part in the next big thing.

  • Self Identified Competition

    Our top 3 competitors appear to be Amazon, Walmart, and Premium Home Source. Amazon and Walmart, although they are marketplaces, have already achieved what Ménage plans to achieve. Premium Home Source is a company that takes use of the exact same business model as Ménage Appliances. Both PHS and Ménage are dropshippers of American and Canadian branded items suitable for Kitchens and Households. Premium Home Source remains stagnant because of their lack of skill when it comes to social media marketing. They seem to be gaining most of their traction from google ads but they do not have an efficient Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform notorious for housing our target markets. This is how Ménage will soon surpass them, as they do not get many organic sales and have little to no rapport with their customers. Please refer to my previous response for what makes us different from Premium Home Source. What makes us different from Amazon and Walmart is our customer service. Because of their size, it can be very hard to speak with a helpful representative from these online marketplaces directly. Because our online store has several ways listed to contact an individual on our team directly, customers will feel much more satisfied throughout the entire shipping process. Additionally, Ménage offers personal sales for specific customers and has a dedicated flower delivery service to each order. Every customer receives a bouquet of flowers and a letter from Ménage to help build that rapport and separate us from our competitors.
