Funding Usage
Looking to improve my business as far as adding an employee/ employees, equipment upgrade for better time management, advertising etc. as of now everything is paid for in full bye myself and leaves little room for upgrades.. I budget well and I make sure money is set back for materials, unexpected expenses etc but just wanting to get a little nudge to the next level to be able to generate more revenue for the business and hopefully future employees.

Business Plan
I plan on having a welding and repair shop built, or rented closer to or in town, a few employees and a good clientele base.. somewhere I can better serve my clients than the shop at my home. In general.. I’ve worked hard since I was a child. Working on a farm, dealing with crops, livestock, equipment, good and bad days and years.. watching people struggle and learning from every aspect of that.. with the farming life I also have been in the industrial side for over 16 years and have learned many more qualities and trades that I know many people can use.. I want to work hard to provide for my family and grow my business into something that can help the community and the people.. I’ve been in business for almost 3 years myself and I’ve made a living with what I do and I want to be able to reach more people, I may not make millions but I profit to keep going and hope to keep doing so for many years.. I love what I do and my state and what we stand for..

Self Identified Competition
Not many people specifically do what I do as far as farm machinery and equipment goes.. there are a few but everybody needs more than one or two businesses to compare to.. everyone needs to be able to have options to find the right business/person or persons and financial options rather than one. I’m for the people.. I get everyone is out to make money and provide for themselves and their families.. but I see too much greed in businesses, and I’ve been the employee that did everything and worked hard for Pennie’s of what the owners make.. I believe in equality, being fare, helping others in need, and just generally caring for what I do and what my business does to provide people with quality work with affordable pricing and relieving people of the worries they may face somewhere else (industrial big corps) that they can’t afford..
