We use a combination of phone calling, door flyering, social media, and some door knocking along with referral seeking by doing very high-quality work. With the requested grant funding, we can be more sustainable by paying off debt and in turn be able to offer a better wage/benefit package to our employees.

Our top 3 Competitors are several local landcaping contractors as well as some national brand companies in the lawn care part of the business. We focus on hiring disadvantaged persons so we can help them learn a good work ethic and pull themselves out of the cycle of poverty. We would like to pay them higher wages/bonuses but are limited in how much we can charge and be able to keep customers.
