Lo-kee Restaurant and Bar is in the expanding part of Downtown Suffolk, VA area where our establishment is at street level have new plate-glass windows and contemporary interior aesthetics. Residents will have the ability to walk to our establishment along with other local businesses. We will promote through time with Hookah Happy hour and promotions. We believe consumers love a good deal, and a good reason to do something more unique. For our less busy hours or weekdays, provide discount promotions. Great deals would include a discount on the hookah rental, specific flavors or bundles, or, of course, drinks--nobody can pass up a good happy hour opportunity. We will provide discounted drinks of which may also encourage non-hookah smokers to come chill or hang-out with their hookah-smoking friends of which we feel would be great tactic for reaching new customers. Our laidback vibe would not be complete without the perfect soundtrack. Typical background music functions too much like elevator music and doesn't really engage consumers from my research and observations. For increased customer satisfaction and longer stays, We want to give our customers a say in the music playing. Jukeboxes have been a classic component of the bar experience for decades, but even more popular today are mobile jukebox apps that let customers pick songs and vote on your pre-approved playlist without leaving their seats. Considering that studies show hookah bars are gaining popularity with the youth, especially college students, a mobile and social component would really set our lounge apart from our competitors. Lo-kee provides Jukebox music entertainment through Touch Tunes.

Renee’s Restaurant and Lounge Barons Pub High Tide Problem In the city of Suffolk our hardworking citizens are at a disadvantage of adult entertainment due to a lack of Bars and lounges in the area. Citizens should have a place to go to after a long day of work as to where they should have the opportunity to relax, socialize in a positive calm environment. Consumers would have access to a great destination not only for shisha smokers, but also for anyone looking to relax in a laidback environment, hear some good music and escape the typical sports bar or club scenes. Our Restaurant and Bar would strike the delicate balance between a low- key restaurant and social bar atmosphere.
