    This grant will be used to further small business operations by continuing to provide affordable housing in the Seattle area. With this grant, I would be able to create more jobs and further expand opportunities of affordable housing to my community. The grant will cover things such as, but not limited to: furniture, investments in new properties, hiring of employees, and overall small business expansion.

    My business will grow exponentially over the next 5 years, with the help of grant funding to support the process. I will expand by adding a minimum of 3 properties to my portfolio per year to allow more accessibility to affordable housing in my community. I will also be hiring employees in my community to help with this expansion. After year 3, I will start buying properties to put and build equity in my business, creating a stronger foundation for the future of Atmosphere Me & Me. I am an extremely hard worker who works diligently to exceed any and all expectations. With two business degrees, I am well-versed in business operations. I have worked in a multitude of industries and have proven successful in all of them. I am smart, adaptable, and driven. I started my own company when I was injured at my last job (of which I brought in $2.5 million/per year at, which was 70% of our overall revenue) and have done well being in business for myself. A grant would help create more jobs and help expand my small business operations in my community.

    My top 3 competitors would be: nearby hotels, other Airbnbs, and other longer-stay booking platforms such as FurnishedFinder. Nearby hotels: Unlike many hotels, all of my units offer a full kitchen including a full fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and cabinet space. There is also a dining table and portable speaker and charger that many hotels don't offer. The amenities for my spaces are quite nice and include access to multiple gyms, lounges, and meeting rooms. There are free snacks and coffee available to guests, and many of my units are family-friendly, offering a crib, kids cots, changing stations, books, and games. I also offer discounts relative to the market and demand, which is checked at least once daily. Other Airbnbs: on Airbnb's "Host Dashboard" we are able to see insights into our performance relative to our competition. Using this tool has been helpful to analyze competitor's pricing, offerings, and performance relative to my own. Other than differentiating myself by offerings such as dining tables, balconies, and family-friendly spaces, My Airbnb Insights state the following: 1) The average occupancy rate for selected listings is 73.3% higher than similar listings in the area. 2) In the last 365 days, have received 96.5% 5- star ratings 3) Have been a dedicated "SuperHost" for more than a year, with a 4.93 star rating out of 154 reviews Longterm stay platforms: Differentiating the styling of my spaces helps attract a specific customer, and targets guests based o n their needs. I offer discounts on weekly and monthly stays as well as continuing to be adaptable to the industry. Overall, being flexible, observant, and communicative with guests helps me stand out from all competition.
