WayMaker Solutions | Application Preview
WayMaker Solutions is seeking government grants to secure startup capital essential for launching its operations. The funds will be allocated towards covering initial salaries and patient treatment costs.
The business plan is built on the founder's two decades of experience in managing sales teams, particularly within the personal injury healthcare sector for the last three years. During this time, the founder has developed strong relationships with attorneys, projecting a conservative revenue growth that aims to double within three years. Currently, the business is unable to accept new clients due to insufficient funding.
The rationale behind requesting the funding emphasizes the importance of people over mere business metrics. The founder highlights a successful track record rooted in character and integrity, arguing that building relationships has historically generated significant revenue.
In terms of competition, WayMaker faces established organizations like TriMed, MedPlex, and AlaMed. However, the company differentiates itself through a unique model that operates without a physical facility, leading to lower overhead costs. The extensive network of relationships with medical practices enables rapid patient referrals, offering effective and convenient treatment options in local communities. This approach aims to provide ethical healthcare while minimizing the need for patients to travel for services.

Business Plan
I have worked remotely for over 20 years successfully running and managing sales teams across the country. I have exclusively worked in personal injury healthcare for over 3 years now and have built and established relationships with every attorney out there. With that knowledge and current connections we are projecting to double our revenue by year 3 at worst. I am currently turning away business because of lack of capital to get started. I believe when you invest it is more about the people than the business. I have made my living my whole life based on my character and integrity. Sales gets a bad name a lot but i look at it more as relationship building and because of that i have built longstanding relationships that have generated millions in revenue in the past.

Self Identified Competition
TriMed, MedPlex and AlaMed Our model is the difference. We have no facility so we have limited overhead. I have built relationships with every practice of medicine across the state and that allows me to send new patients in quickly and efficiently. It also helps the patient since they can get treatment close to home and not have to travel for healthcare. That is what sets us apart. Effective, Efficient and Ethical healthcare right in your home town!
