Funding Usage
We plan to fix the large industrial ice cream machine. Get a new ice machine. Renovate the kitchen so we can add another deep frier to prov ide more fried foods. Fix the roof that has leaked into the kitchen over the deep frier. Pave the parking lot to make it more accessible for parking. Refinish all the picnic tables and fix the back and side deck that has rotting wood. Finish the front counter and new windows and floors. Continue to upgrade equipment such as an automatic fry cutter and slicer to make slicing easier. Fix all the outside lighting that no longer works to keep our staff safe when leaving for the evening. Upgrade the sign out front and provide more advertisement to bring in more revenue.

Business Plan
we plan to continue to advertise and add new food and ice cream products. We want to upgrade the outside to make it more enticing for people to want to stop and eat. We have many ideas but need the financial support tpo make the business more successful We are a new small business locally owned and operated. I have lived next to this business for about 5 years and watched how wonderful and successful it was at the time and dreamed daily on what i could do to improve and sell other products to make us different from the other locally owned ice cream shops. We want to stand out and not be just a regular shop.

Saegertown Dari Isle (Saegertown) The Sweat Anchor ( Cambridge Springs) O's Dairy hut ( Meadville) I provide fresh cut fries and have made several kinds of fancy fries... Such as a Reuban fry, Mac and cheese fry, Gyro fry and many more. We have come up with Fancy milk shakes and provide a full piece of cheesecake or a large Reece cup and a few more. I want to continue to expand my original ideas and need the right equipment and space to provide these to be different from the other local ice cream parlors.
