    My use for the requested $150,000 in funding is to allow my company to expand and have working capital to be able tomcat jobs and get them done quicker to produce more efficient income.

  • Business Plan

    I plan to grow my business sustainably in the next five years by providing my services to the growing market of small and large farms in my surrounding areas along with the greatly growing market of hobby farmers buying land and putting homes on smaller pieces of property. I have talked with serval companies about doing grade work, footers, waterlines, septic systems and land clearing for their customers buying homes. I have recently obtained my septic license for the state of Tennessee and plan on expanding in that aspect of work also. I plan on bringing on more people within a few months to help provide better and more affordable services in my line of work to our rural communities. I eventually want to start partnering with other conctractors to fix and clean up older farm houses and land to provide those back to our area and with doing so with hopes to generate more homes and properties that are more sustainable and realistic for the growing market in our area. I think investors should invest into my company and myself because I have a drive to provide better lives for the others around me and I strive to provide affordable yet profitable services in my line of work. I have vested my time as a 22 year old small business owner to go out on a limb to provide quality and affordable services to our rural community so that we as a country and counties can provide more to the growing demands of the agricultural and residential market. I have the strive to keep growing as a person and as a business.

  • Self Identified Competition

    There isn't an exact number of competitors in my line of work to me. There are probably 100's of companies in the same line of works as me that are local. The biggest disadvantage that I have with my competitors is the size of my business. The other companies have access to bigger jobs and more jobs because they have multiple workers and pieces of equipment. I want to be there one day as I have the strive to do so I just need the funds to be there for me to grow and expand. I feel my business is different from others because most of the other local businesses are owned by much older people who were fortunate enough to buy equipment at much lower rates and jump into aspects of the market at the right time and with them being older have longer credit histories to be able to get approved for business loans, but my difference in that is that even when I have been rock bottom down to the last ten dollars I haven't gave up and found a way to keep pursuing my dream of excavation and land clearing with a focus in helping out the agricultural communities along with providing for myself and still being able to provide the same quality yet affordable work.
