There is an abandoned building on the river that used to be a restaurant and I would like to purchase it and remodel it to make a healthy restaurant, tea bar, farmers market and local artist places where they can come and sell their art and music.

Business Plan
I moved to Delaware in 2021 and see a need for this type of business in my community. Continued growth in this business would be live music, good food and promoting local growers and chefs to come and cooks or demonstrate products. I want this to be a farm to table type of place to help local farmers and business owners/artists to promote community involvement and green energy. I want to put solar panels on my restaurant and have it 100% green by 2030 Investors should invest in my company because it is good for the whole community to promote healthy lifestyle and local growers. I feel that it is very important for communities to support each other and grow the revenue base in the area. That promotes grow on every level of business from the local students to artists to farmers and health organizations. Promotes sustainability and green energy. I would hire all local contractors to do the work so that promotes jobs in the area. This area is a tourist area but we need more things here for the local people that live here year round to enjoy life and create jobs

Good Earth Market - Well established place about 40 min from me. Very good business Gaia Foods Just opened and great location. Tea and Spice Shop - Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk very profitable business Seed Eatery - New restaurant in Rehoboth Beach very good and profitable business All of these places are about 25-45 min from my location. My business will be different because it will promote other local people to be involved. Local growers, artists, musicians and contractors. The farmers market will be unique to my place and people will be able to see that the farm to table way of living is so much healthier and sustainable. Want to get local students involved on farms to plant and cultivate crops for the farmers market and restaurant. There will be a sober bar in the building that specializes in herbal elixirs and food infusions that are alcohol free and healthy for us. Mocktails and speciality drinks for the people to try and a tapas menu with Spanish, Asian and Indian cuisine. No one has that around here for sure it will be new and innovative for the area. My son is a chef and daughter a barista for a tea bar in Pittsburgh they will be here to assist me and develop the menu.
