Funding Usage
We plan to use the funding to move to a larger facility in our community and to build out that facility to allow us to meet the increasing demand of our products. We plan to diversity out products and we plan to hire more local labor to support our growth plans. Building an FDA certified facility is expensive and most of the commercial buildings in our community are not fit out with infrastructure to meet to rigorous requirements of running a food facility. We prioritize food safety above all else and will use the funding to build a state-of-the-art factory to serve local, regional and national demand for our products

Business Plan
We have a strong base base of customers who act as our best referral sources. This year we will grown 60%+ over the prior year. We have rebranded, hired stronger leadership, invested in marketing and sales resources and will expand beyond or boarders. We are seeing demand from new clients in California, Texas and Minnesota and we are extremely confident that we can replicate the success that Creative Snacks, a similar local business achieved. We are a woman-owned and operated business, dedicated to supporting our community and investing in our workforce and growing our business. Our team consists of former veterans who have achieved great successes during their careers, which include executives from disciplines in finance, sales & marketing and operations. We have culinary expertise on staff to maintain the incredible reputation that we have earned over a dozen years in operation. We are passionate about our customers and we are driven by our love for heathy, delicious and nutritious products. The trend to eat organic, healthy foods and the incredible growth of the private-label markets all support continued and compounded growth. We are at our capacity in our current location and believe with absolute certainty that an investment in our infrastructure will help us build a better, stronger operation.

Self Identified Competition
Gatherer's Gourmet Granola in update New York specializes in a similar product portfolio but does not really compete in the Southeast market. Crafted Co-packing is also a specialized granola co-packer in Pennsylvania. Their affiliation with a Canadian company limits with focus to Canadian and European production with an emphasis on snack bars. Curio Sweets in Texas is a co-packer, much less specialized as they produce a large variety of products and cannot compete well in our artisanal granola products. We have over a decade of experience, crafting and perfecting highly popular breakfast and snack product categories. Our clients tell us that in side-by-side comparison, our product ALWAYS wins out. We have even heard from client who started their own brands in their own kitchens, that their products, made by us in our facilities, are better looking, better smelling and better tasting than their own products made by their bakers. We are experts in our craft and rather than having diluted ourselves like so many competitors, we have perfected the delicate art of making the best products in our category. This starts with our relationships with our supply chain where we source only the best ingredients. Extends to our facilities, which always received the highest audit scores for cleanliness and safety. Then further extends to our workforce, who is highly skilled, trained and dedicated to their craft. Finally our passion for and commitment to our customers' success drive the best outcomes for all.
