Funding Usage
This money would allow us to purchase another jumping castle, 5 round tables, 40 chairs, secure insurance so we can be on the cities approved vendor list and pay for training certifications.

Business Plan
We plan to expand our party supply inventory, currently we own one jumling castle slide combo. By next year I would like to own an additional jumping castle, 5 tables and 40 chairs to Taylor to the city park rentals. Year 2 I would like to own 4 jumping castles more gender specific and start employing some one. Year 3 I would like to double our inventory of jumping castles and quadruple our inventory of chairs and tables to start renting to larger events. Year 4 and 5 I want to focus on tenting tables and chairs to weddings, graduations and commercial events. Ideally I would have 3 to 4 employees 2 delivering and setting up chairs and tables and 2 delivering and setting up the jumling castles. I believe we should be invested in because we have a desire to make birthday parties amd events more affordable and safe for everyone, there are very few jumlng castle rental businesses in arizona who have insurance and even fewer who have training certifications for proper set up. The owners are my wife and myself and we have 3 children ranging from 13 years to 4 months old. We would like to show our children the proper way to be entrepreneurs and instill a no shortcut culture throughout or business and lives.

Self Identified Competition
Our top 2 competitors are brinka- brinka and arizona party supplies. Brinka- brinka is solely in the jumling castle business and own over 10 castles. Arizona party supplies rents chairs, tables and canopies to large commercial companies such as the university of Arizona. This is where we strive to be. The major thing that sets us apart from our jumling castle competitors is our absolute commitment to safety over profit. We will not rent a castle if the winds are expected to be over 20MPH on the day of an event due to manufacturers specifications of the castles not being able to withstand that. We will not cut corners on set up and we will be trained and certified in set up. I have not seen another jumling castle business in tucson making these claims.
