Funding Usage
Funding will be used to pay for all required cost to the state and other government entities. The cost of required insurance, waste disposal, required membership for access to all vehicle repair manuals, a few more pieces of equipment and the purchase of parts for required repairs.

Business Plan
I plan to grow it first because my stepson is about to attend school for automotive maintenance and repair and once he graduates he will be working full time and I plan on having another employee to manage parts inventory, data entry and all other office duties. But I plan to be able to have a physical shop by then in order to be able to do the bigger and more time consuming jobs while also still offering the mobile service separately. They should invest in me because I will be providing a much needed service because the overhead is so much lower I will not have to charge as much as a physical shop does. With the rate of inflation as high as it is people will be looking for ways to save money especially when their car needs repairs and they can then use the saved money on other things. Also since I will be coming to them by appointment they will not have to pay to have their vehicle towed and also they will not have to go through the hassle that is caused by having to leave their car in the shop for a whole day or more because of the cars before them.

Self Identified Competition
There are far more than three competitors in Chattanooga, but they are all physical shops that customers have to bring their vehicles to them. In order to have repairs completed at these businesses the vehicle will have to be left at the shop for at least a day and since they have more overhead costs for building rent, power, etc. they will have to charge a higher amount for the cost of labor in order to cover the cost of operations. They are able to do bigger and more time consuming repairs and due to having those types of jobs the customers that their required repairs are not as time consuming or just scheduled maintenance then have to wait longer for their repairs to be completed while they wait their turn after the more time consuming jobs are being completed. Also depending on the issue it may be required to have it towed to the shop. I have a competitive advantage due to the fact that there is a lot of maintenance that can be done without the customer having to deal with leaving their car in the shop for at least day or more. Once I troubleshoot and discover the problem and know what is required to fix it and acquire the parts I will then go to where the vehicle is at an agreed time and so they will know exactly when their car will be worked on and the estimated time for completion. They will not have to deal with the hassle of leaving their car in the shop for extended periods of time or depending on the problem not have to pay to have it towed. Since I was automotive mechanic in the Marine Corps for 8 years I have plenty of experience repairing vehicles in the field and not in a shop setting while also accounting for the environmental factors as well to ensure that customers won’t have to worry about anything polluting or destroying their property. There are jobs that by the nature of the business I won’t be able to do but there a lot of problems that can be fixed quickly and not require the customer’s vehicle to be unavailable for extended periods of time. I will offer a service to lessen the inconvenience for the customer while also coming to them and due to the extremely low overhead be able to save them more of their hard earned money so that it can be used for other important things.
