Funding Usage
The usage for the funding will be used initially to conserve the existing employees working status. Our employees are essential to the success of our business because of the care put into their positions and we will do anything we can to keep them working. Due to recent health concerns, some of our customers have postponed their projects. Because of this, our first-in-first-out production process has been interrupted so much so that the cost of the materials are becoming a risk to our business before we are able to receive payment for these projects. Funding would help the company get back to our process for stabilized financials in this area.

In the next five years our plan is to continue our expansion. We currently serve the entire state of Arkansas. Very few businesses in our line of work cover this large of a territory. In efforts to properly utilize this service area, we plan to open a third location in northwest Arkansas. It has proven beneficial to have brick and mortar stores for our customers to see the product first hand and it ads a level of credibility that has proven to yield much higher sales percentages for our consultants. Along with having showroom locations in three prominent areas of the state, our employees will grow with this expansion. Investors should invest in us because our mission is to continue to grow, while supporting other Arkansas small businesses. Although in construction problems arise, we pride ourselves in putting customer service first and that has allowed us to earn an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Bath Planet of Arkansas is locally owned and operated and we strive to provide the best products to our customers with the best service anywhere. Every year our company has lowered company liabilities and increased overall profit percentages. This while continuing to expand our footprint in the state has allowed us to gain a large portion of the market segment in our industry and grow stronger as a brand.
