The business plan outlines a five-year growth strategy. In the first year, the focus will be on providing excellent service to both current and potential clients, building a solid reputation and media presence. Years two and three will center on targeting public schools, leveraging connections as a public school teacher to establish deeper relationships within multiple school districts. In years four and five, the plan is to evaluate and enhance previous efforts.

Business Plan
I plan to grow the business the next 5 years using the following steps: Step 1/Year 1: Continuously provide excellent service to my current and potential clients to create a reputation and develop references for 12-18 months. Use the marginal profits to build business credit and capital. Build upon my media presence through the business websites and social medias. Step 2/Year 2-3: Focus in on my niche clientele of public schools. Use my connections as a public school teacher, the built reputation, and references to develop more client relationships throughout multiple school counties/districts. Step 3/Year 4-5: Complete, review, improve, and repeat the previous steps. Brinson Vending currently and will continue to service Title I public schools. While doing so, a portion of earnings is donated back to every school being serviced. These funds are often used to service Parent Teacher Organizations, teachers, and student programs/activities. As a current public school teacher, I see the importance of having positive male role models. Being a Black male teacher in the county I was a student in, I feel and know the importance of having someone give back to the community in a relatable way. In servicing Title I schools, I service students that I've shared a similar upbringing with, teachers that I share the same struggles with, and communities filled with people that look like my family. An investment in Brinson Vending is an investment in the community, an investment in the schools, and an investment in the futures of our youth.

Self Identified Competition
C & L Vending Services Pro Vending Services, Inc Discount Vending All are located in the Baltimore, MD area and service generally the same areas as Brinson Vending. Brinson Vending is a minority owned small business that prioritizes great customer service and giving back to the communities being serviced. The initial purpose of developing this company was to build a family business with my family's name that can grow and be passed down for generations. However, when I began servicing my first client, I saw the impact I had on the youth and community witnessing someone familiar do something positive and now realistic to achieve. My hope is to have that impact continuously and throughout a plethora of areas/clients.
