-I have recently signed a 3-year lease contract for a larger studio in a better location. Business Plan
I plan to grow my business in various ways over the next 5 years. For my in-person service business, I plan to train & hire individuals to do lash extensions at Dolled Up Beauty, LLC. I would like to have employees. I also plan to further my education in order to add several new services to my menu, such as waxing, facials, & permanent make-up. For my lash supply retail business, I plan to increase advertising and marketing to reach more potential customers across all 50 states. I also plan to apply to sell my products online at Amazon.com which is an online avenue that millions of consumers know and trust for products. My greater passion for my retail supply business is to also sell locally to other lash artists. Currently, there aren't other stores that sell lash extension supplies in my town and surrounding areas. Lash techs like me are subject to ordering all of their supplies online and enduring long shipping times. As the lash artist industry continues to grow rapidly in my area, I aim to fill the gap for much needed on-hand supplies for everyday needs. In 2020, I was trained and certified in eyelash extensions. I worked for another business for less than one year, when I decided to branch off on my own & open up Dolled Up in my hometown of Chippewa Falls, WI. I have now been in business on my own for almost 4 years. My clientele has not only quadrupled since then but is also a great mixture of new clients and loyal ones that have been with me since the beginning. I have never been awarded a business grant or applied for a business loan. I have worked hard, saved & budgeted, without help to grow my business in the last 4 years. I am recently divorced with 4 children and have more ambition than ever. I want to grow my business and create a legacy for my children to be a part of in the future. I work incredibly hard to support my family while also doing something that I love and am passionate about.

My goal is and will continue to be, providing high quality and affordable supplies & services to clients. My mission is to help clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence through lash services, teeth whitening, and retailing high quality and affordable lash products. I prioritize exceptional customer service and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all my customers. I provide a judgement free zone, where clients can be themselves and leave my studio feeling beautiful both inside and out.
