We are targeting 1% of the TAM over the next 3 to 5 years which, in addition to SaaS fees, will produce annual EBITDA's of $8M to $10M TowTrax is a technology enabled service that distributes emergency roadside service (ERS) opportunities to tow service and roadside service providers, allowing them to generate considerable income in a very efficient manner. When this service occurs, related results include an industry best experience for the broken-down motorist, and cost savings for the B2B partner.

No direct competitors conducting business in a similar fashion, utilizing app-based software to dispatch the service provider nearest a break-down location. Our software and team are unique in the industry. We have pioneered a marketplace and a business model that currently has no parallel. Through ongoing discussions with other software providers in our sector, we have discovered that their attempts to replicate our specific business model have not yielded success. In fact, one of these providers has approached us to explore a strategic partnership, recognizing the strength and effectiveness of our approach.
