The funding that is needed will be spent on stocking our store, buying equipment that is still needed to be able to run it effectively and efficiently, it'll help us with being able to hire the employees that we need to effectively to run it, to make repairs needed, and lots of other things that we will need to get this business up and off the ground. Our little town really needs this store to happen, and soon. We appreciate any help at all. Thank you for your time. Business Plan
Word of mouth and having a good, clean, nice, Christian place for families to come to to eat and enjoy a nice wholesome meal. We are going to try to keep our prices low as we can. To where the people will be able to afford to come eat our delicious foods, that we will have a variety of to choose from. We plan on doing give aways, and to offer specials for our local school and staff and anyone that comes through our door. We want everyone to feel like family. We also plan on putting ads on the radio and the newspapers, as well as getting a web page up and going as well as our signage outside of our business displaying specials and such. I'd also like to hire someone to help us to grow our business and make it it profitable. And to teach us what we don't already know. Because I am a single, mother that is disabled, and wanting to do better for my son and myself. And our little town really needs us to get opened up and hopefully soon. We are in a very low income area that has the potential to actually become something and to put little ole Risco, Mo on the map. We have a lot of farmers that needs us to open up also. I just need a chance, and for someone to believe in me enough to take a chance on me! I know that I can do this and not let you down. I am a very hard worker and determined to get this up and going. If I can't get any help/assistance its going to take me longer to get opened. I've always worked hard for everything that I have. Even after having my right leg amputated just below the knee. And just a year ago going through breast cancer and a double breast mastectomy. I know that I can do this if I can just get some help. I know that our town and community will all do better and be better by us opening our doors! This is a great town with lots of sweet people in our community and surrounding areas. I also know that this will help our town to grow and flourish. Like many places we are seeing the effects of businesses closing their doors, and people are struggling. I know my store isn't going to be able to help everyone that is a displaced worker. But we will be able to hire people to help us run the store/cafe effectively, and be able to offer jobs that wasn't there before. You will not only be helping me and my son as well as a great community of great, honest, and hard working people. It would truly be a blessing for us to be able to get help. And I will forever be grateful and thankful for any kind of help or assistance.

Self Identified Competition
There really isn't a place around close to us that offers what I am wanting to offer. I want to offer soft serve ice cream. And the closest ice cream place around is Sugar Shack at Campbell, Mo. I want to put Risco on the map with our ice cream, and I want to offer pizzas, and bbq, and a hot meals for breakfast and lunch for the people of our community. The second is Dexter Queen in Dexter, Mo. And that's about it for any ice cream places. We don't really have anything close to us to offer as for any good, delicious, food. I also want to have fish dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. But I need the equipment to offer it. As well as needing a nice Smoker to make pork butts, ribs, and bbq steaks, etc. We are a family orientated business that works hard in all that we do. We strive to work hard and do the best that we can do and be. I am trying to be able to provide a service of what people need and that they can afford. To also be able to help our community and to grow our little town and surrounding area's. We are wanting to offer things that no one else has, or that has everything that we are wanting to be able to offer. We are also on a busy highway that will generate great income potential.
