My top three competitors are Bernieces Bakery, Grist Bakery, and Le Petit Outre I think that I have a little more heart than my competitors. I focus more upon community building than profits, and I pay my employees better. We focus more on skill and less on automation. I give more to the community and care more about the bigger picture.
