    This money will help us pay 10 acres of land we have currently on a direct loan by the seller and also build the roads and improvement so we can build the 5 homes there.

    Our dreams is to be able to have funds available to buy property and be able to keep at least 1/2 of the properties we build to also have some passive income coming monthly to our business. Also, we want to work together with a local church to get some grant money to help our community in improving the low income family housing. Also, by having more available funds we would be able to acquire larger parcels to create a subdivision and have the ability to offer more affordable housing to our community. Greenview Development has over 35 years in experience in the Real Estate market. We started in California in te 80's doing what now you call flip homes. Family brought us to Yuma and we have been in Yuma for 30 years. Developing and creating small communities in the Yuma area. We are a family owned business with my husband working in all aspects of construction since he was 18 years old. When we got married in 1989 I assisted my husband in the business and in Yuma I became a Realtor/Broker in Arizona to help grow the company. In 2014 my son graduated from college in Solar Energy. He came to Yuma and became part of the company and is now part of the team. Our drive, commitment, ethical upbringing and love on what we do has taken us to survive difficult times and strive to come back stronger.

  • Self Identified Competition

    In Yuma there are other small builders and I am just talking hispanic companies. They buy land with the investors they work with and build just the homes. We are the only ones that buy the land and develop it. The fact that we are always looking into land to develop I think is one of the areas that set us apart. Being able to look for land and rezone it into smaller parcels allow us to see bigger gains at the time of selling the property because we make money on the land and also on the house. Also, we do spec housing which is different than selling property a a semi custom home to the buyer.
