How do you plan to grow your business in the next 5 years? Year 1 & Year 2 - we want to take advertising & marketing to a whole other level. So with this Grant will be able to increase our levels of production and market to neighboring cities, then expand into other states. With the new camera we plan on purchasing with the grant, we will be able to then create more high-quality promo videos for what we have to offer! Building a demand takes priority for years one and two. Creating relationships with businesses and organizations is very important! Year 3- After building up relationships with businesses and organizations in neighboring cities, we want to expand using our social media platform to reach out to more areas, and direct all the traffic to our Facebook page and website. With this much demand, we would probably look at purchasing a small building or a warehouse of some type. That way we do not have to keep the inventory and run everything out of our basement. Year 4- We will have to change our thought processes and appeal to different crowds. This year will be looked at as a phase 2. By this point, we should be working alongside a lot of big organizations and businesses. For us to expand our business we will have to come at it from a different angle. During my son's time in college, he realized how high the demand is for Greek merchandise. Being able to form connections in college institutions with Greek organizations would help us expand tremendously. Year 5- This year would be an extension of year 4. Focusing on making ties with national Greek organizations to give them the best affordable price for all Greek apparel would help the embroidery, t-shirt, and graphic designing side of our company tremendously. By this point, we would have to start dividing in conquering in terms of operating our company. After forming connections with all these businesses, churches, organizations, and colleges. We go another step in and help them market themselves. Everybody has an angle or a selling point to show to the consumers. For example, church involvement in today’s world has hit a decline of 42% In the past two decades. Now naturally, you would think it is because of the state of the world. We could agree, but we think there’s a layer not being approached correctly, we believe cooperating with businesses, churches, and schools to form marketing plans that can help grow them grow reach is important. We would be offering to market their selling point to consumers, in more modern-day ways like videography and through social media. The amount of money is a big ask. However, the projected rise in our sales will be great. Over the past months, we have been able to grow a demand significantly with the help of my son who has now officially graduated college and has been looking for a part-time job to make some more money to reinvest back into the business that we are creating. We look at the past years as a test run in terms of what we should and should not do, and we have learned a lot. But now knowing what areas to invest in, we can take this business from a casual family hobby turning into something that we will be able to hand down to our children if they decide to continue decades later. our production and demand intensely My son being involved has helped our production and demand intensely. This grant can help propel our family to use their talents and skills to position them in a place where we would be able to make a living that would give us control over our schedules and success. The drive and dedication are all there. Just assistance on the financial first step would help us greatly.

Self Identified Competition
Currently, Missouri doesn’t have a lot of competition for customers in this field, which makes it all the much more lucrative. But if I had to name some competitors, it would be online printing services like Custom Ink, Rush Order Tees, and Vista Print. These companies are major online sellers. There are a couple of smaller companies in Missouri (Saint Robert and Columbia areas) here and there, but none of which are consistently attempting at promoting or marketing. The biggest differentiating factor for us would be personal relationships. In business, you will learn that the business that can appeal to the consumer on more of a personal level, or take time and foster relationships with their consumers tend to outgrow their competition. With our business, we can start at the beginning and work our way to the end with each business or organization. We have worked with churches where we took videos and made edits to put on a website that we created and set up merchandise for their members to purchase for their events coming up. We have also been able to work with my college to create videos and merchandise for a few of their departments or organizations. We are more than a business also, we are a brand. We Have been able to promote ourselves through merchandising as well. We stand out from our competitors because we are a team of people who have individual qualities and skills that we bring to the table and teach each other about that way we can incorporate them into our business and expand our catalog of expertise. Being able to go to a business and tell them I can do more than one thing makes us stand out from our competitors. And being able to talk and appeal to businesses, customers, and organizations in a way that makes them feel like they have a ace up their sleeve by having a relationship with us.
