Johnson's Auto Repair Corporation | Application Preview
Johnson's Auto Repair Corporation is applying for government grants to modernize its operations. The funding will primarily be used for updated equipment, supplies, utilities, and assistance with customer transportation costs.
The business aims to operate with a foundation of honesty and fairness while achieving financial stability that would allow for supporting individuals who cannot afford repairs, potentially offering services at no charge to those in need. The plan includes hiring skilled mechanics who share similar values to ensure quality service. The owner, who has two decades of experience working alongside his father, believes his established reputation and expertise will facilitate growth.
The owner emphasizes the lack of competition in the area and asserts that his extensive experience as both a mechanic and a quality inspector gives him a competitive edge. He is committed to maintaining integrity in his work without cutting corners. Ultimately, the goal is to build a reliable and respected automotive repair shop that contributes positively to the community.

Business Plan
My goal is to be a business grounded in honesty and fairness. I would also like to become financial stabile enough to offer financial assistance for people who can't afford the work needed. Possibly, be able to help those down on their luck at no charge. I would grow my business by hiring like minded people. I have found many skilled mechanics already. I believe my good name and experience in the field will allow the company to grow. I've been a mechanic for over 20 years with my father as well as a quality inspector for 13 years. I have always had a full time job and worked with my father in my free time. Since he passed in 2018, I was given his shop, equipment and tools. I would like to pursue being an automotive repair shop business owner full time but need some financial assistance until I have a solid stream of income. My goal is to be a business grounded in honesty and fairness. My reputation will speak for itself.

Self Identified Competition
I currently don't have any competition. Even after I've become established, I still won't have any competition. I'm a very competitive person by nature but I don't cut corners to make a dime. I have many years of experience as a mechanic and a quality inspector. I've already established a good name and have a clientele that trusts my abilities. I would also like to become financial stable enough to offer financial assistance for people who can't afford the work needed. Possibly, be able to help those down on their luck at no charge.
