The Grant money will primarily be used to establish operations and manufacturing facilities in U.S. This includes securing suitable space, acquiring necessary equipment, and hiring skilled personnel to support our expansion efforts in the region. we plan to hire brokers targeting travel and convenience spaces such as airports and convenience stores, where we've observed significant traction.

  • Business Plan

Our next plan involves launching more variety of tea blend specifically designed to cater to college students' needs, promoting relaxation and wellness. Our next goal is to expand our presence to 100 colleges and universities within the next 2-3 years. To achieve this, we require capital to hire brokers/consultants. Additionally, we plan to hire brokers targeting travel and convenience spaces such as airports and convenience stores, where we've observed significant traction. Our business has identified and successfully tapped into two niche markets: colleges and ski resorts, both of which are deeply committed to sustainability. We’ve crafted eco-friendly teas that resonate with these environmentally-conscious communities, and our results speak for themselves. Within just two months, a small college ordered over 2000 cups of our tea, demonstrating strong demand. We've also gained traction with ski resorts, known for their commitment to preserving nature. Our approach is multi-faceted, leveraging both B2B and B2C strategies. We've formed strategic partnerships, including with Washington University and On the Run mobile C stores, and have been approved by UNFI distribution, significantly expanding our reach. Furthermore, our presence at key trade shows like NACUFS and Expo EAST allows us to connect directly with decision-makers and influencers in our target markets. Receiving this grant will enable us to bring some of our operations and manufacturing to St. Louis, creating local jobs and contributing to the regional economy. We will use the funds to secure space, purchase equipment, and hire personnel, ensuring we meet the growing demand for our products. Additionally, the capital will support our efforts to engage with more colleges and ski resorts, scaling our impact and promoting sustainable practices across these communities. Our track record of success, combined with a clear plan for growth and a strong commitment to sustainability, makes us a compelling candidate for this grant. By investing in our business, you are not only supporting a company with proven demand and potential for significant expansion but also promoting eco-friendly initiatives within key markets."

  • Self Identified Competition

In the tea market, we face competition from several alternatives, each with its own limitations. Traditional tea bags often contain low-quality tea and microplastics, raising concerns about both health and environmental impact. K-Cups, while convenient, are notorious for their harmful effects on both human health and the environment due to their plastic composition and single-use nature. Tea infuser bottles, though eco-friendly, lack the convenience and ease of use that many consumers seek. Our product stands out by offering a superior solution that combines the highest quality tea with unmatched convenience. By prioritizing both sustainability and user experience, we address the shortcomings of our competitors and provide a product that truly meets the needs of today’s eco-conscious and health-aware consumers. Our product is very unique and it’s the most convenient way to take high-quality tea on the go. There are no similar products on the market at this time. We created a product that is convenient and high quality while it's eco friendly. You can refill each cup 3 times with the same taste and aroma. The cups used today are not good for the environment, 50 billion cups go to landfill every year in our country. BBC reports that some tea bags release billions of microplastic in your body. Teabags are dust or low-quality tea leaves.
