In the next five years we plan to get our building in top condition so that we can grow and change with the new generation and be able to offer more of a variety of food options and focus on more marketing and delivery methods as well. The repairs required on the building are slowing down the process of moving forward with the ever changing society requirements to stay afloat. Our family have been West Haven small business owners for generations. We would like to stay in the town and continue our legacy of serving authentic Italian cuisine in a family friendly setting. The times have changed along with the demands of the neighborhood and we want to be able to meet our market where they want us to be. My father passed this business on to me, his father passed it to him and my son has worked along my side and I would love to hand over a well established and sound structured building to him in our beloved town of West Haven, CT.

Lorenzos Zuppardis Capettas Our family business is one of the only establishments that has been around since the Savin Rock days in West Haven. We started out as a small takeout place and evolved into a full restaurant and bar having been in our current location for the past 42+ years. We are dedicated to maintaining the quality of our products and could use any help we can get as the food cost have significant increased over the years. I have been along side of my father since I was 11 years old and am lucky enough to have my son by my side to this day. I worked along side both of my grandparents and have a deep appreciation for family and hard work. I feel our business enriches the town of West Haven and thanks to social media we have received a greater audience with our ever growing notoriety for our world class Apizza.
