Business Plan
With the land development we can expand our business to be more efficient and profitable. We want to expand our marketing once we are at the level we need to be. We are in a beautiful small town in Arkansas. We have great customers and our base is growing. I believe we are providing a great service to this community. Since it is a boating community we have tailored our business to the area we live. There are other small towns around us and we would like to use the grant to expand and draw in more business.

Self Identified Competition
There are several welding shops and a few trailer repair shops about 10 miles in radius. They are mostly small in size and have been in business for 10 years plus. What I have noticed is they are not clean or organized. Their turn around time for work being done is usually 2 weeks. This is the opposite of Hot Shot Enterprises. As mentioned about our competitors they take at least 2 weeks to finish their service and sometimes they can be a month out. At Hot Shot Enterprises we saw the need for courtesy, efficiency, cleanliness, and customization.
