Funding Usage
We are seeking funds to purchase additional equipment which will allow us to expand our service offerings to a broader group of athletes and in doing so will need to add at least (1) permanent staff member to help coach. The additional equipment and staff person will allow more athletes to experience the growing sport of cheer as well as offer more opportunities to train on body control and tumbling skills.

Business Plan
Our growth plan is rooted in being a staple in the community where our brand is known for the development of our athletes both on and off the cheer mat. We are in our first season and have already doubled our projections and outgrown our equipment. The cheer side of the business has and will continue to grow organically based on the demographics in the area and lack of direct competition in the area. We also plan to grow our services to include boys sports such as parkour and ninja training which is also lacking any direct competition within 45 minutes. Our longer term goals are to then franchise the HC Elite brand into the surrounding areas and follow the suburban growth around us. HC Elite Cheer is an All-Star/Division 1 competitive cheer program in Dripping Springs, TX. Our aim is to offer a high-caliber cheer and tumbling gym with personalized training, all while maintaining traditional values, providing positive role models and cultivating a family atmosphere. Our gym is not just a place for cheer and tumbling; its a community that fosters personal growth, resilience, and lasting friendships. We are committed to providing a supportive environment where athletes can thrive not only in their athletic pursuits but also in character development.

Self Identified Competition
We do not have any direct D1 All Star Gyms in our community, hence the overwhelming enrollments as of day 1. Cheer Athletics Austin - 45 minutes away Tumble Tech - 1+ hours away Sport of Cheer - 45 minutes away Our ultimate goal is to provide young athletes a place to develop their skills in a safe, positive environment where they are encouraged to challenge and push themselves out of their comfort zone. We encourage and teach failure as part of the process. Integrity, hard work and attitude is valued over winning. We believe winning competitions will be a by product or symptom of our core values. Surprisingly, our competitors focus on winning at all costs and in many cases, at the expense of athlete development. Many athletes have come to our gym complaining about a lack of skill development at our competitors gyms because they are holding the athletes back to be able to have them complete at a level that is lower than their skillset. This is a trend in the sport and has created an inflated value on "winning." Our gym will create competitive teams but more importantly, focus on the development of the athlete and push them to be the best they can be for themselves and their team.
